每次使用2粒菌株及1瓶水解液，溶解后取0.1ml，菌含量小于100个CFU，2.0ml可做19个test

一个包装最多可做19*10=190个test

菌株代数：ATCC三代

每颗冻干菌株颗粒：100-1000个CFU，具体在COA上有标注

使用方法：

1、从冰箱中取出1瓶菌株和1瓶水解液，平衡到室温；

2、当1瓶菌株平衡至室温的同时，35℃预热1瓶水解液至少30分钟；

3、使用无菌镊子转移2粒菌株到1瓶2ml的水解液中（不要转移瓶子里面的干燥剂），立即关上菌株瓶子，放回2-8℃冰箱；

4、立即盖上水解液瓶的盖子，放到34-38℃培养箱30分钟以保证完全溶解；

5、30分钟后立即放在漩涡振荡器上混匀，以获得均匀的菌悬液；

6、从悬浮液中用无菌吸头取出0.1ml，注意剩余的菌悬液可以被重新冷藏继续使用最多8个小时，但是0320Z和0318Z除外，只能在30分钟内使用完毕；

7、应根据实验室规范来操作微生物挑战实验。如果要继续使用溶解物，应该继续2-8℃冷藏。按照危害物处理的实验室规范丢弃所剩不需要的水合材料。
